UPDATE: INFORMATIVE NOTE TO CUSTOMERS ON COVID-19

First of all, we sincerely hope that you and your loved ones are well. The global health crisis caused by the coronavirus (Covid-19) has caused an international state of emergency. The conditions are constantly changing, and we are paying close attention to them in order to adapt to the circumstances every day.

We would like to inform our customers that UTILCELL is fully operational, providing international delivery of products and customer service.

All areas of the company are open, including production, sales and shipping. It is worth noting that our load cells and electronic devices make up the large part of industrial weighing equipment, which are crucial to the processes of manufacturing and handling products considered essential in the food, chemical-pharmaceutical, transport and energy sectors, among others.

To ensure maximum safety for our staff, we have taken the necessary measures and adapted our internal processes. By now, most of our office staff are working from home, while in production, storage and the minimum necessary office staff shifts, we are working under new safety protocols in compliance with current health recommendations.

However, although we are fully operational and we have a good stock of finished products, we must also let you know that we are experiencing some delays in delivery. This is due to the changing situation we have experienced in previous weeks, including some days on which production was reduced to a minimum number of essentials, delays from our suppliers, as well some staff absences as precautionary measures to protect vulnerable individuals. We plan to gradually absorb that delay over the next few weeks, so first of all we would like to apologise in advance and ask for your comprehension and collaboration by giving us the most advance notice you can of critical cases, to help us improve the situation.

With all this, we assure you that we are delighted to continue to offer you our wide range of products and customer services, as usual:

  • Technical and commercial guidance, pre- and post-sale

  • Preparation of quotes

  • Order processing

  • Reporting on the status of current orders

  • Product shipment service

  • Logistical management of international shipping
