02/12/2019 – Our workshop for weighing accessories has renewed the Conformity Certificate of Factory Production Control for the Manufacturing of Structural Components of Steel, according the European Standard EN1090-1:2009+A1:2011.

This Quality production certificate allow us manufacturing mounting assemblies for silo fulfilling the requirements on technical design, materials and production quality, for components used in steel structures according Construction Product Regulation, mandatory since July 2014.

20/11/19 – During the gala dinner of the WAGEXPO fair, an International Weighing and Dosing Fair, which was held on November 20 and 21 in the Polish town of Sosnowiec, UTILCELL was awarded for the excellence of performance and technical parameters of the SWIFT Transmitter. The event took place during the gala dinner where our branch in the Czech Republic picked up the prize. The SWIFT High Speed Indicator and Transmitter has been awarded several times for its efficiency and performance.

12/11/19 – We launched the new software with the BACKUP function for the MATRIX II Weight Indicator. This program allows you to create a backup copy on a PC with the configuration, parameters and calibration data of the MATRIX II. It has a simple and easy-to-use interface. This function is useful in cases where is necessary to replicate specific configurations in different MATRIX II indicators in addition to generate backup copies.

11/07/19 – We launched the new Ethernet TCP / IP expansion port for the MATRIX II Weight Indicator that allows to be connected to the local Ethernet network through an RJ45 connector. Thanks to this new port we can connect the indicator to a PC directly by cable, through a LAN or through the internet allowing us to remotely control the equipment and to read weights of any of the connected scales.

20/06/2019 – The load cell Mod. 300 (5…500kg) has obtained the metrological certification GOST for Russia. This approval is the Russian equivalent to the international certification OIML R60 class C for load cells, that allow it use in legal metrology as well as in weighing scales used for commercial transactions. This model also has the following certifications: OIML, NTEP, FM, IECEx and ATEX (for potentially explosive atmospheres). The Alibi Memory or DSD (Data Storage Device) is a record of the weighings made in an internal memory of the indicator, which are stored in a protected and unalterable way for a certain period of time, which is configurable to adapt to different local regulations. 01/03/2019 – At Utilcell, we are very proud to continue growing every year. This time we started 2019 enlarging our facilities with a new 1.000 sqm space in Barcelona’s factory and headquarters. This facility is a new internal laboratory space, equipped with many calibration test machines of 300kg, 1t, 5t and 10t, with dead weights, and with a hydraulic force machine with a calibrated reference load cell up to 600t.
