14/11/2012 – UTILCELL presents its new weighing indicator SMART certified ATEX for working under potentially explosives atmospheres, in zone 2 (gas) and zones 21 – 22 (dust). High quality stainless Steel box, available in several versions, basic weight-tare, time, Multi 1 and Multi 2 covering applications with up to two output ports (RS232 o RS485), digital inputs and outputs and analog output 0-10V and 4-20mA. 17/09/2012 – UTILCELL load cell Model 300 have been classified with the protection rating IP69K for use in high-pressure wash-down cleaning applications such as in the food industry, truck and vehicle cleaning and in other industrial areas. For ensuring the rating IP69K we have been tested samples on the independent insitute TÜV SÜD SENTON Gmbh, that shows the good technical solution on their design and implementation of the hermeticity requirements. 29/06/2012 – New nominal capacity up to 7,5t and 10t, increasing the capacity range from 300kg to 10t for load cell model 350.
31/01/2012 – During 2012 will appear the new revision of the european normative EN45501 « Non automatic weighing instruments » (NAWI), introducing the need of a higher level of protection of the weighing equipment against radiated electromagnetic interferences (EMI), increasing the intensity of electromagnetic fields from actual 3V/m to a most exigent 10V/m. Utilcell have already pass all conformity tests on the laboratory of the notified body at the new 10V/m in the electronic weighing indicators MATRIX, MATRIX II, SMART, SMART ABS
