17\/09\/2012 – UTILCELL load cell Model 300<\/a> have been classified with the protection rating IP69K<\/strong> for use in high-pressure wash-down cleaning applications such as in the food industry, truck and vehicle cleaning and in other industrial areas. For ensuring the rating IP69K we have been tested samples on the independent insitute T\u00dcV S\u00dcD SENTON Gmbh, that shows the good technical solution on their design and implementation of the hermeticity requirements. The test for the IP69K verification requires to submit the load cells to high-pressure water jets located at different angles at only 100 to 150mm with a pressure of 100bar, a temperature of 80\u00baC and high water flow of minimum 15l\/min on all directions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
