11\/12\/2025 – At UTILCELL, we continue advancing in the digitalization of industrial weighing. For this reason, we have incorporated a significant improvement to our model PIN: it is now also available with a digital CAN bus interface, compatible with CANopen or J1939 protocols,<\/strong> thus expanding its integration possibilities in machinery and mobile equipment.<\/p>\n

The model PIN<\/a>, one of our most versatile solutions within our range of load cells<\/a>, is a custom-made load pin designed to replace existing shafts and enable accurate load measurement in demanding applications. Its double-shear design and high-strength stainless-steel construction provide excellent robustness, reliability, and versatility in sectors such as cranes and lifting systems, mobile machinery, medical devices, and transportation equipment.<\/p>\n

The new digital connectivity through the CAN bus<\/strong> interface enhances integration with control systems and weighing electronics by providing precise interference-free digital readings, easy integration into industrial networks, compatibility with CANopen or J1939, increased real-time diagnostic capability, and optimized reliability in demanding environments.<\/p>\n

This range extension adds to the existing available options: IP68 sealing, redundant output, integrated amplifier, connectors, high-temperature versions up to 180\u00b0C, and ATEX versions for explosive atmospheres.<\/p>\n
