{"id":10162,"date":"2019-12-02T16:08:21","date_gmt":"2019-12-02T15:08:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.utilcell.es\/?p=10162"},"modified":"2020-03-12T09:30:09","modified_gmt":"2020-03-12T08:30:09","slug":"our-workshop-for-weighing-accessories-has-renewed-the-certificate-en-1090","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.utilcell.es\/en\/news\/our-workshop-for-weighing-accessories-has-renewed-the-certificate-en-1090\/","title":{"rendered":"MOUNTING KITS FOR WEIGHING HIGH CAPACITY TANKS AND SILOS CERTIFIED ACCORDING EUROPEAN STANDARD EN 1090"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>02\/12\/2019 &#8211; Our workshop for weighing accessories has renewed the Conformity Certificate of Factory Production Control for the Manufacturing of Structural Components of Steel, according the European Standard EN1090-1:2009+A1:2011.<\/p>\n<p>This Quality production certificate allow us manufacturing mounting assemblies for silo fulfilling the requirements on technical design, materials and production quality, for components used in steel structures according Construction Product Regulation, mandatory since July 2014.<\/p>\n<p>The weighing assemblies with EN 1090 certificate are the accessories ref. 46902CG for the Load Cell Model 460 50t and ref. 46903CG for the Load Cell Model 460 100t.<\/p>\n<p>Having this certification requires to work with excellence in all the product phases: specifications; design; selection of the grade of the steel and suppliers with traceability of materials; documented manufacturing procedures and quality control; manufacturing equipment, specially the welding work stations; certified welders and welding inspector; quality control and inspection equipment; all complemented by regular external auditories, performed by a qualified Notified Body of Certification. The attention to all these points allowed us to keep this Conformity Certificate of Factory Production for the Manufacturing of Structural Components according EN1090.<\/p>\n<p>These Mounting Kits according EN1090 are supplied with their Declaration of Performances document and are CE Marked, under Construction Product Regulation.
